1
Stand in the center of a cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent. Grasp both cable handles with a neutral grip (palms facing each other), arms extended outward at shoulder height with slight elbow bend.
2
Keep your core engaged and shoulders stable. Position elbows at approximately 90 degrees to your torso. Maintain a neutral spine with chest up and eyes forward.
3
Slowly lower the cable handles by straightening your elbows and extending your arms outward while maintaining control. Feel the stretch in your biceps as you lengthen the muscle under tension. Keep the movement smooth and controlled throughout.
4
Reverse the motion by flexing your elbows and curling the cable handles back toward your shoulders. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement, bringing your hands toward your upper chest/shoulders. Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
