1
Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart, maintaining neutral posture with chest up and core engaged. Position yourself equidistant from both cable columns.
2
Grasp each D-handle attached to cables set at approximately waist height with a neutral grip (palms facing each other). Arms should be fully extended with a slight bend in the elbows, cables under tension.
3
Slowly allow your arms to extend by lowering the handles in a controlled manner, resisting the cable tension. Feel the stretch through the biceps as your elbows track slightly forward. Lower until arms are nearly fully extended but maintain slight elbow flexion to avoid locking out.
4
Powerfully flex both elbows and curl both handles upward toward your shoulders, squeezing the biceps at the top of the movement. Bring hands close to chest while maintaining stable body position. Return to extended position with control and repeat.
