1
Position yourself kneeling on the floor facing away from a cable machine with the cable set at head height. Attach a rope handle to the cable and hold it behind your head with both hands, keeping your hands near your ears.
2
Maintain an upright kneeling posture with your core engaged and neutral spine. Grip the rope firmly and ensure the cable tension is appropriate. Your elbows should be flared slightly outward.
3
Slowly allow the cable to pull your upper body backward into extension, resisting the pull with your abdominal muscles. Control the movement by extending through the torso while maintaining tension in the abs.
4
Powerfully contract your abdominal muscles to pull your torso forward and downward, flexing the spine. Bring your chest toward your thighs while keeping tension on the cable. Return to the starting upright position with controlled movement.
