Stand upright facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged. Position yourself at a distance where the cable is taut at arm's length.

Grip the rope attachment or handle with both hands using a neutral grip (palms facing each other). Allow arms to hang fully extended at your sides with shoulders relaxed and chest up.

Slowly lower the weight by extending your elbows in a controlled manner, allowing the handle to descend while maintaining a stable torso. Resist the weight throughout the movement to maximize eccentric loading.

Powerfully curl the handle upward by flexing at the elbows, bringing hands toward shoulders while keeping upper arms stationary and shoulders down. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement, then return to starting position with control.
