1
Sit on the machine with feet flat on the footrest, torso upright, and chest against the pad. Grasp the handles with a neutral grip at shoulder width, arms extended forward.
2
Maintain an upright posture with core engaged. Position shoulders slightly retracted to establish proper starting tension on the handle system.
3
Slowly pull the handles toward your torso by retracting your scapulae and flexing your elbows. Allow the movement to be controlled as you bring the handles to your sides, keeping elbows slightly forward of your body.
4
Drive the handles back to the starting position with a smooth, controlled motion. Extend the arms fully while maintaining slight elbow flexion. Return to starting position without fully locking out the elbows.
