1
Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged. Position yourself at a distance where the cable is taut with arms extended.
2
Grasp the handle with both hands using an underhand (supinated) grip, with hands approximately shoulder-width apart. Ensure shoulders are retracted and chest is open.
3
Slowly lower the handle by extending the elbows in a controlled manner, allowing the cable to lengthen the biceps. Maintain a slight bend in the elbows at full extension and keep shoulders stable throughout the descent.
4
Flex the elbows and pull the handle upward toward the shoulders in a smooth, controlled motion. Squeeze the biceps at the top position, then repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
