Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged. Position yourself at a distance where the cable is taut but not pulling you forward.

Grasp the cable handle with both hands using a supinated grip (palms facing forward), keeping elbows at sides and shoulders relaxed. Maintain neutral spine alignment throughout.

Slowly extend the arms downward and forward by straightening the elbows, allowing the weight stack to descend. Control the movement with tension maintained in the biceps throughout the eccentric phase.

Curl the handle upward by flexing the elbows and bringing hands toward shoulders. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement, then return to the starting position with controlled tempo.
