Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, arms at sides, neutral spine, and core engaged. Body weight distributed evenly on both feet.

Raise both arms out to the sides at shoulder height with palms facing forward in a T-position. Keep elbows slightly bent with a neutral wrist position.

Slowly bring both arms forward across the body in a controlled arc, allowing the arms to cross in front of the chest. Maintain a slight elbow bend throughout the movement.

Return the arms back to the starting T-position with controlled movement, squeezing the chest muscles at the end range. Repeat for desired repetitions.
