Slowly raise both arms out to the sides in a controlled manner, maintaining a slight bend in the elbows. Continue raising until arms reach approximately shoulder height, creating a T-position with the body.

Hold briefly at the top position, then slowly lower arms back down to starting position with controlled deceleration, resisting gravity throughout the movement.
