1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a battle rope in each hand at waist height. Maintain an upright torso with core engaged and neutral spine alignment.
2
Grip the ropes firmly with both hands. Position feet in a stable, athletic stance with slight knee bend to prepare for dynamic movement.
3
Lower your body by bending at the knees and hips simultaneously, descending into a quarter squat position while maintaining rope tension. Keep the chest upright and weight in the heels.
4
Drive through the heels and extend the knees and hips explosively to return to standing position while creating wave-like movements in the ropes by alternating arm movements upward and downward.
