Position the bar securely on the upper back and shoulders. Distribute weight evenly across both feet with toes pointing slightly outward. Brace core and take a deep breath.

Lower body by simultaneously bending knees and hips, descending in a controlled manner until thighs are parallel to the ground or slightly below. Keep chest up and weight in heels throughout the descent.

Drive through heels and midfoot to extend knees and hips simultaneously, returning to standing position. Maintain neutral spine and controlled movement throughout the ascent.
