Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, holding a dumbbell in each hand with arms at full extension at your sides. Palms should face forward (supinated grip) and core engaged.

Establish a neutral spine with shoulders relaxed and back. Position the dumbbells directly beneath your shoulders with elbows locked in place at your sides throughout the movement.

Slowly lower the dumbbells by extending the elbows, controlling the descent with tension in the biceps. Lower until arms are nearly fully extended but maintain a slight bend in the elbows to avoid locking out.

Flex the elbows and curl the dumbbells upward in a controlled motion, bringing them toward your shoulders. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement, then repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
