1
Sit on the ground with legs extended forward, torso upright, and core engaged. Grasp the resistance band handles with both hands at shoulder width, arms extended forward at chest level.
2
Maintain neutral spine and seated position. Ensure band is properly secured under feet or around a fixed anchor point. Keep slight tension in the band before beginning movement.
3
Pull both handles toward the torso by retracting shoulder blades and flexing elbows. Allow elbows to track backward and slightly outward, creating a controlled arc motion. Decelerate the movement as hands approach chest.
4
Return to starting position by extending arms forward in a controlled manner, fully straightening elbows while maintaining band tension. Complete the full range of motion and repeat for prescribed repetitions.
