1
Stand facing a cable machine or TRX frame with feet hip-width apart. Grip the frame with both hands at chest height. Keep your torso upright and core engaged throughout the movement.
2
Position your feet approximately 12-18 inches from the machine. Maintain a neutral spine with shoulders back. Distribute weight evenly on both feet.
3
Slowly lower your body by simultaneously bending both knees and hips, shifting weight backward as if sitting into a chair. Maintain an upright torso while descending in a controlled manner for 2-3 seconds.
4
Drive through your heels and extend both hips and knees explosively, squeezing your glutes at the top. Return to the standing start position, maintaining tension throughout the movement.
