1
Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a resistance band handle in each hand with arms fully extended at your sides, palms facing forward. The band should be anchored under your feet or secured at ground level. Maintain neutral spine and engaged core throughout.
2
Establish a firm grip on each band handle with your palms facing forward. Position your elbows close to your torso and ensure the band is taut with slight tension at the starting position. Keep your shoulders relaxed and packed back.
3
Slowly lower the band handles back down to the starting position with controlled movement, allowing your arms to extend fully while maintaining constant tension on the band. Resist the band's pull throughout the eccentric phase, taking 2-3 seconds to return to start.
4
Drive your elbows upward and curl the band handles toward your shoulders in a smooth arc, keeping elbows stationary and close to your body. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement for 1 second, then repeat. Focus on the mind-muscle connection throughout the concentric phase.
