1
Stand upright facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged. Position yourself at a distance where the cable is taut but not pulling you forward.
2
Grasp the cable handles with both hands using an underhand (supinated) grip, arms fully extended at your sides. Keep your shoulders relaxed and back straight.
3
Lower your arms slowly and with control, allowing the elbows to extend fully while maintaining a slight bend. The descent should take 2-3 seconds, resisting the cable tension throughout.
4
Curl both arms upward by flexing at the elbow, bringing your hands toward your shoulders. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement for 1 second, then return to the starting position with controlled extension.
