Lie supine on the floor with your back flat, head neutral, legs extended, and arms at your sides with palms down for stability. Position the cable machine to your side with the attachment at ankle height.

Secure the cable ankle attachment around one ankle. Keep the opposite leg extended on the ground for stability. Grip the floor with your hands to maintain lower back contact and prevent excessive arching.

Slowly lower the working leg toward the ground in a controlled manner, allowing the knee to extend and the hip to flex as the resistance increases, creating tension through the quadriceps and hip flexors.

Drive the leg upward and forward against the cable resistance, flexing the hip and maintaining a slight knee bend at the top. Return to the starting position with control, completing one repetition.
