1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a resistance band anchored low to the ground. Arms are fully extended at sides with palms facing forward and elbows close to torso.
2
Grip the band handles firmly with both hands, maintain an upright posture with shoulders back and core engaged. Position feet far enough from anchor point to create tension in the band at starting position.
3
Slowly lower your arms by extending the elbows, allowing the band to pull your hands downward and backward. Control the eccentric movement for 2-3 seconds, maintaining tension throughout the descent.
4
Curl both hands upward by flexing the elbows, bringing hands toward shoulders while keeping elbows stationary and close to body. Drive through the concentric phase with controlled speed, squeezing biceps at the top before returning to starting position.
