1
Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged. Position yourself at a distance where the cable is taut with arms fully extended.
2
Grasp the cable handle with both hands using an underhand (supinated) grip at approximately waist height. Keep elbows tucked close to the torso and maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.
3
Slowly lower the handle by extending the elbows in a controlled manner, allowing the cable to pull your arms toward full extension while maintaining tension on the biceps. Keep elbows stationary and avoid leaning back.
4
Curl the handle toward your shoulders by flexing the elbows, driving the movement through the biceps. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement, then return to the starting position with control.
