1
Stand facing the frame with feet hip-width apart, positioned about 12 inches away from the frame. Maintain upright posture with shoulders back and core engaged.
2
Place one hand on the frame for light balance support. Shift weight onto the standing leg while keeping the torso vertical and neutral spine alignment.
3
Slowly lower the body by bending the standing leg's knee, allowing the hip to descend in a controlled manner while the other leg remains extended or slightly bent. Keep the chest upright and avoid leaning forward.
4
Drive through the heel of the standing leg and extend the knee to return to the starting position. Maintain stability throughout the movement and avoid locking the knee at the top.
