1
Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, holding resistance band handles in both hands with arms extended downward at sides, palms facing forward. Keep torso stable and core engaged throughout the movement.
2
Secure the resistance band under both feet by stepping on the center of the band. Ensure firm grip on handles with neutral wrist position. Maintain slight bend in knees and shoulders relaxed.
3
Slowly lower the handles back to starting position with controlled movement, allowing the biceps to lengthen under tension. Resist the band's pull and maintain straight arms at full extension without locking elbows.
4
Flex at the elbows and curl the handles upward toward shoulders in a controlled motion, keeping elbows fixed at sides. Squeeze biceps at the top of the movement before returning to starting position.
