1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, maintaining an upright posture with neutral spine alignment. Keep shoulders relaxed and core engaged throughout the exercise.
2
Clasp hands behind the head with elbows bent at approximately 90 degrees, positioning elbows slightly forward of the head. Keep the neck neutral without pulling on the head.
3
Slowly lower the body by bringing elbows together in front of the chest, creating a rounding motion through the upper back and pectorals. Control the descent with tension maintained in the chest muscles.
4
Press through the chest to return to the starting position with elbows extended outward. Complete the movement by fully opening the chest and returning to the neutral starting posture.
